SY : What is Koti Janma Phala (result of many births)? 

Is realising one’s true Self the result of Koti Janma Phala?

Amma :My beloved, your every effort to walk the path of Dharma (righteousness) and hold on to it in any given situation you encounter in life by surrendering to the supreme, taking every step with faith in yourself, and realizing your own strength is your new BIRTH. Shedding your limitations is the DEATH of what you are not. 

‘It is not the cycle of BIRTH and DEATH of your physical body.’

Upholding Dharma in every step is the true Sadhana, and the result of it is known as ‘Koti Janma Phala.’
