AMMA : To Love all you have to Love yourself first and to Love yourself you have to avoid bad company which are KAMA (desire), KRODHA (anger), LOBHA (greed), MOHA ( attachment), MADA (Sense of I) and MATSARYA (Jealousy/ partiality).
