Your body is the door between the external world and the eternal world. As you control the limitations which controls your emotions, you are slowly closing the door which is open towards the external world and ones it is closed, the door to eternal world opens by itself. Your birth is not any common occurrence, you are here for a purpose. Meditate on your own story which you have come across for which you have been the sole witness . Have faith in your inner guidance, close your external eyes and let the inner vision take you to your true self where there is no duality of external or internal existence. I’m always with you.
