I wish to share a small incident which happened two days back.
I had placed an order for 2 printing rollers here in Bangalore on behalf of a senior Artist who lived in Hyderabad.
It had been two months since i had placed the order and had given the full payment of Rs. 34,000/- It was my responsibility to see that the rollers are done and couriered to Hyderabad.
But this manufacturer, went on telling lies and giving reasons everyday and did not courier the rollers at all. He just kept postponing it.
As a result I got very tense as full payment was done, but no response from the manufacturer.
I happened to meet Amma two days prior and mentioned to her about this big problem I had got entangled into because I was neither the buyer not the seller, yet was put through a lot of unnecessary tension.
Amma just snapped her fingers and said “It is cleared”.
The next day morning at 8am, I got a call from the manufacturer (who otherwise never called) asking me in whose name the rollers should be couriered. I was surprised! Amma’s ways were unbelievable! Within no time she solved my problem. Thank You so much Amma.
