Last year when I was with Amma in Madhurai Meenakshi temple Amma had asked do you have any wish and all of a sudden I asked Amma I want to have darshan of Ujjain Mahakal. Amma smiled and said Tatastu.
Now I’m typing this message after having Mahakal Darshan at Ujjain, MP. This morning Google album sent a reminder picture saying this day last year and it was our trip to Madhurai Meenakshi Temple and exactly after 1 year Amma has fulfilled my prayer which I had forgotten.
As we entered the Mahakal temple Garbhagudi with Amma, a Naga sadhu who had nothing but Ash/Bhasma all over his body with long Jata walked outside. While crossing us Amma and He looked into each other’s eyes. Later Amma looked at Mahakal Shiva ling and said Mahadev I love you and immediately a flower fell down from the Lingam. Then a garland. Priest picked it up and handed it over to Amma. Amma keept her hand on the priest head and told him Maa ko pehechana nahi? ( Din’t you recognise Ma?) He looked into Amma’s eyes and immediately did Namaskar and took her blessings.
Then the priest looking at Shivalingam asked Mahakal was that you in the Naga Sadhu form and in a second a flower fell down as a assurance
Feel most fortunate to witness these events undfolding right in front of my eyes.
