When the Kundalini awakening happens, you are opening the ultimate door to absolute reality, that door is named as Sahasrara. Once the Sahasrara opens, you merge into every particles of this creation. You are the Sristi, Sthiti and laya. There exists only this moment called present. Present has no thoughts, when there are no thoughts, then there are no emotions, when there are no emotions, then there is no attachment. Then happens the detachment. Detachment is not moving away from anything, but it is merging back into all that you think is separate from you.
This journey begins with the first step of not being judgmental. All the sadhana you are doing, all that the Guru is reminding you , your every effort in this spiritual path is to take that one step. If not now then when???
